Our founder Ash worked tirelessly in the early 90's to create a well-respected food business which specialises in catering towards the vibrant taste of African and Caribbean culinary traditions.

We work closely with our suppliers ensuring that only the best items are sourced in order to guarantee the high expectations of our customers are met. Ash Poultry are one of the exclusive distributors of Pluvera in the U.K and our passion is to continuously expand in the Afro-Caribbean market to provide our customers with excellent quality foods at affordable prices.
